I met Sarah, Scott, and little Silas on a hot summer evening at Hudson Gardens in Littleton. Silas just celebrated his first birthday, and they needed some updated family photos to mark the occasion. I love meeting new families, and this one was no different. They were full of kindness and so easy to work with! We explored the gardens and found so many gorgeous places to take photos, and little Silas basically ran the show (as per usual with that age!)
I left Hudson Gardens that evening with a giant smile on my face, and a feeling of overwhelming joy that I get to do this job that I love so dearly. I love nothing more than building relationships while creating art – I can literally not think of anything that I'd rather be doing.
Sarah and Scott (and honestly anyone else who has hired me to photograph their family): THANK YOU. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for trusting me with your family's memories. I don't take the honor for granted.
