I met the Lay family at McCabe Meadows in Parker on my very first night of fall mini-sessions this year, and we had a beautiful evening for photos! I always offer several days of mini-sessions each October, and they are one of my favorite parts of the season. Fall in Colorado can be so unpredictable, and the gorgeous colors are always one big freeze away from disappearing, so mini-sessions are a perfect way to accommodate multiple families in one day! Mini-sessions allow me to photograph several families in one evening, as well as a family or two in the morning, which makes all the difference with a limited number of weekend dates available!
Mini-sessions are perfect for families who: want a quick session to update their family's photos, love the gorgeous fall colors, and who want to take advantage of a less expensive photo session option. I usually start booking fall mini-sessions in early August, so if you want to take advantage of one for your family keep an eye out for information in late summer. :-)
The Lay family's photo session was so much fun, and I instantly fell in love with their sweet doggy (I mean LOOK AT THAT FACE!) I am so excited to share a few of my favorites from their Parker mini-session today...enjoy! :-)
