It has been a while since I shared a personal blog post, so I figured that the ElizaBash Carnival would be the perfect excuse to write one! This was our second year attending, and it was an amazing time again! We left the little man with my parents for the evening (because he is too small for the rides) and let the girls run wild. They spent the entire evening racing from one ride to the next so they wouldn't miss out on anything and their joy was contagious!
I remember loving carnivals and amusement parks as a kid, but I have realized that nothing compares to watching my own kids experience those things! Their smiles, laughs and exclamations of, "this was the BEST day ever" are incomparable, and I was so happy to have my "real camera" AND my phone to take some photos because I have been terrible at documenting my own kids lately. ;-)
I took about 200 photos while we were there, but I have narrowed it down a LOT to just a few of my favorites. We owe a big thanks to my parents for 1.) babysitting Benny so that the girls could go do something fun without baby brother and 2.) for buying them the ride passes so they could ride EVERYTHING. We are already counting down the days to next year's carnival!
